Description
1. SPRING ANALYSIS
- Spring torque/angle curve graphical tools- analyze torque/angle of rotation and spring rate at any point on the curve.
2. SPRING MEASUREMENT
- Free angle A0, A1, A2, A3, and spring rate measurement.
- Software calculation for testers pin sizes.
- Algorithm for auto detecting free angle available. This is required for measurement and testing relative to the free angle.
- Tolerance setup available, color and buzzer alarm for bad spring.
- All set-up data and measurement results can be stored and easily retrieved via the industrial computer.
- On-screen distribution charting and reports for SPC control.
- Imperial and metric units switchable.
- A standard PC compatible printer can be connected via USB connection. (Optional)
