Auto Spring Tester (HST-AII series)
Description
1. SPRING ANALYSIS
- Spring load/height curve graphical tools - analyze force/height and spring rate K at any point on curve.
2. SPRING MEASUREMENT
- Free length L0, and L1, L2, L3, LS, spring rate K1, K2, K3 and initial tension measurement.
- A Time Delay set for change of spring.
- Tolerance setup available, color and buzzer alarm for bad spring.
- All set-up data and measurement results can be stored and easily retrieved via industrial computer.
- On-screen distribution charting and reports for SPC control.
- Imperial and metric units switchable.
- Both Load @ Length and Length @ Load measurement are available.
- A standard PC compatible printer can be connected via USB connection. (Optional)
